Recently a reader asked me to share about my fulfillment, which in this business means reaching the point where your business is profitable. Once you reach that point it is essentially all profits and no further costs from you because all monthly costs are covered by your business profits, which will ONLY GROW FURTHER as TeamVinh continues to perform and grow. The day that that had happened for me was March 20th, 2013. Four months and 8 days into my TeamVinh and Savings Highway business and I was fulfilled. I had NEVER reached profitability in any other networking marketing business ventures that I had ever tried before. Let me recount some of them. Let's see I started off first with a friend of mine, Tony, that was trying to get me involved in Amway. At that point I was a newbie and didn't know what network marketing or MLM was and so I didn't join him but the exposure and subsequent looking into it process educated me on what the network marketing and MLM business model was all about. Then another friend of mine, Philip, introduced me to another business opportunity called ACN (American Communications Network) and I did become active and involved with this one and Philip and I grew a team of close to 30 people whom we knew directly in our downlines. We were getting really excited and we got some checks but the monthly costs were eating up all of our checks so the excitement was muted. Eventually our downlines seeing that they weren't making any money all left one after another and so I eventually quit myself. Then I tried NCN (National Communications Network) for a short time. And quit. Then my wife got approached by a neighbor about Sunrider and I told her that MLMs never really worked for me in my experience and I dissuaded her from doing it. She didn't listen to me of course and went ahead anyways and she totally loves the products and orders them pretty consistently for a long time but as a business she never made hardly anything because of the monthly purchase requirements. Then we together tried Xooma Worldwide through a team building concept that failed miserably because of two things. One the leaders of the team build were unethical and arbitrary and unfair in their placements of the new enrollments so eventually people found out and the thing imploded. Before it did the group was growing by leaps and bounds from about 100 to over 5000 on their Facebook group in 5 months time. A couple of months later and literally everyone had left what was once a thriving community. The second problem was the qualifications were too hard to meet for those of us who don't want to recruit. You had to have 4 directly frontline to you on your level one to qualify for commissions. And since I don't like and don't want to go out and recruit I was relying upon the team build to eventually grow big enough to have my 4 PEs (personal enrollments) under me but the most I had was two before the team build went bust. Without the team build I was not gonna go out and recruit so once again I ended up in the same boat as all my other MLM attempts - DROPPING OUT. And this is why there is a 95% plus attrition rate
or you can say failure in this industry is that it doesn't work for the average person. If it was working for them as a good profitable money making business why would anybody drop out of their MLM business?
Well anyways that was my sad history with my experience with network marketing business opportunities in my past. Now onto my TeamVinh experience and fulfillment. My TeamVinh experience thus far has been quite different as you can see by clicking on the image. I show you how I reacted on the TeamVinh community forum on Facebook on the day that I checked my Savings Highway back office and unbeknownst to me I saw that I had two PEs that I had done absolutely no recruiting for. Did I mention how much I hate recruiting? Well the rest is history and the future is bright and most importantly PROFITABLE. Cheers.
